All of this is possible using file uploads (PDF, Word, TXT) or a website link to extract content. Our AI reads the content and builds a structured dataset - ready for editing and enrichment.
Conversational data shaping
Each job and candidate has its own chat sidebar. Here, you can interact directly with the AI to refine the data.
Try saying things like:
"Add German as a native language."
"Include typical backend developer skills for Java + Spring Boot."
"Create a compelling list of benefits the company could offer."
This allows you to shape your data through natural conversation, not just forms.
Smart matching, transparent results
Once your data is in place, Buddy can match candidates to jobs (and vice versa).
Results are displayed visually and transparently – so you can see what the AI matched, how it rated each element, and where strengths or gaps lie.
This isn’t a black box. You’ll know why a match is strong… or not.
What’s still in progress
We’ve deliberately kept things minimal to focus on what matters most: usefulness, clarity, and a working foundation.
Basic actions like deleting, renaming, or reprocessing are there - but we won’t list every detail in this changelog.
Expect more precision and deeper features with every release.
